heaven knows i cant blog when its not quiet.
come to think of it,
its not the blogging,
its the thinking process.
i cant think when its not quiet.
oh hohoho.

and now i have the house all to myself! :D

the past two posts were like,
all pictures and no sense.
thinking of starting a photoblog.
and name it athousandwords
because pictures speak a thousand words.
but i dont like the whole idea,
so nevermind.

lets rewind till last monday then
(yay, long post! :D)

the bios ended their last major paper,
xinyi and kael both messaged me a "woohoo!"

i was out drifting around tampines,
met up with kael at simei :D
we got another free shower at *$,
zz.

oh, and she imparted a gem of wisdom to me,
while we were standing on the mrt platform:
"trains arrive left, buses arrive right"
and i was like, O.O
quickly thinking back, oh my, its true!

and because lionelboy was being so nasal about it -.-,
its an observation k?
not a rule, not an explanation.
(lionel lives to question ;x meanwhile i live to eat. eat to live. whichever)

so yay,
no more standing on the mrt platform
looking left and right
wondering which way the train is a-coming!

tuesday dragged on,
wednesday was science center-ing (photos below),
thursday was towning (photos below),
my feet died.

oh ya,
while we were at fish&co,
the music cd playing repeated three times.
that's how long we were inside
:D

thursday at midnight,
dora the explorer messaged me,
jess&ling&herself were going to recruitexpress,
wanna go?

i didnt go for the job thingy,
but i did meet up with them in town (again!),
kael wasnt with us,
she had other plans already,
so dont worry dahling, we didnt have fun without you! :D

i dontknow why i suddenly have a dislike for interviews.
i used to be indifferent about it,
but not hearing the word "interview" makes me go all zzzz.

ah well,
the funnest part was when
we realized kael&friend were going to the exact same recruitexpress branch.
suddenly like everyone's going there.
i didnt even know it existed D;

so we bought her birthday present,
there was a toyfair at takashimaya!
my favourite time of the year :D

we were divided over which pooh to buy,
the yellow (the baby one), or the orange (the grownup, original one :D)
the explorer and jess were for yellow (it did have a cute face),
ling and i were for the orange (it had cute everythingelse-s),
matthias the butler's opinion didnt count :D

so we were joking like,
ask the next passerby to give the determining vote,
and before we knew it,
ling had tapped the shoulder of a girl next to us
(who was probably 20+ and with her friend, also a girl)
and they both voted for orange, yeah!
:D

so we let jess and the explorer choose the balloon lor,
but the balloon was abit of a no-brainer.

and then,
'cos our dearest kael was in the interview,
we knew where she was,
but not which level.

so matt, ling and i stayed at the lift lobby,
jess and the explorer went to the 10th and 12th floors where the offices were located.
they reported No Sign of The Pig.
then someone pointed out that there was another office on the 21st floor.
then kael called.
"IM IN THE LIFT!"

and just when we were wondering from which lift was she about to emerge,
she said she got off at the second floor.
zzzz!
just ONE CEILING dividing us!

but she found us anyway,
or we found her.





our motive was to get her to run around town with her two newfound friends.
pooh&pooh.
all together now, awwwwww :)










after that we went far east,
its the first time we've been out shopping together,
we shall do it again next time,
with kael,
with $$.

and i gave nat a fright 'cos i called her,
wanted to know what bubbletea flavour she drank the day before,
'cos i liked it, lol.

that evening lionel had steamboat with his mates,
all of them were crashing over at one guy's place,
who apparently lived alone?
i dontknow.

the cutest thing was lionel told me how the guys in the morning had went marketing for steamboat fare.
then i imagine all the guys pull the trolley carry handbag, like aunties.
HAHA.
damn cute right!
and lionel was sad 'cos he had to stay and look after the house,
couldnt join them in marketing.
and they did all the housework too,
mopping the floor, clean the dishes.

i suddenly thought of The Lost Boys.
:D

so friday night i was stoning online,
totally nua-ing,
even neopets didnt seem so fun :(
messed with jiahao's mind abit,
purposely saying things when i knew he meant otherwise,
like when he referred to the facilities at orchid country club,
i was like "shuttle bus?"
jess was mia-ing for awhile,
so zzzz.

started on the seemingly least interesting book i had borrowed from the library on tuesday,
titled Accidents of Nature.
it turned out to be yes, the least interesting,
but the most impactful D;

yeah, i like books of frivolous nature,
fun to read,
yet totally useless.

Accidents of Nature is from the point of view of a girl with cerebral palsy,
or CP.
and she views herself as normal,
having grown up in an environment where she's accepted.

until she gets sent to a summer camp or something,
called Camp Courage,
which actually makes things worse,
like the people there call themselves Crips (crippled),
and call the counsellors Norms (normal),
just compounding the segregation.

and the whole book is like,
how the general public assumes that these people need help,
but they dont think they need it.

food for thought.

and then i couldnt fall asleep,
thinking about jobs,
to take or not to take,
and suddenly i realized i dont want to grow up.
where's NeverNeverLand? :(
(please dont bring in michael jackson,
who has a ranch called NeverLand,
but that's beside the point)

anyway,
my mum told me my dad is schooling,
thats like damn cute la.
so in this year,
both my parents have gone to classes, done homework,
and ive stopped.
HURHURHUR.

discovered a day called Black Friday,
which is the day after Thanksgiving (which is a thursday),
and marks the first day of christmas shopping.
and there are alot of sales and discounts,
and understandably, crowds.
interesting eh.

sunday my mum brought us to parkway,
my baika(i dontknow how to spell it, so nevermind. it means crippled) sister stayed at home
*sniggers

lunch time at food centers are so drama D;
i mean, not like those food-fight kind of dramas,
but alot of littlelittle dramas y'know?

we indulged in a little girly shopping,
like for nailpolish and lipgloss,
so mother-daughter (:

and then we came home,
my sister was watching some exciting, dangerous videos on axn,
there was one on a stranded polarbear.
fell off the cliff halfway.

so the team shot it with a tranquilizer dart,
poked it to make sure it was asleep,
then fixed it to the harness.

and halfway down,
the polar bear slipped loose!
the polar bear was like hanging by its hind legs!
still sleeping though.
my sister and i didnt know to laugh or scream.

and then,
another paw came loose,
so it was only hanging by one leg!
i can get so emotional watching these videos.

and then,
inevitably,
the polar bear fell out of the harness completely,
plopped into the water,
my sister and i screamed,
my dog scrambled around us, dontknow what happened.

my mum was like
"confirm die one! it's too heavy to be pulled up on the boat!"

the best thing they could do was hold its head above water and head for shore.
i could have just cried there.
the polar bear's head was bleeding,
a trickle of deep, dark red against the white fur :(

but in the end it was fine :D

ohdear,
i really cant watch any of these animal videos,
i get too emotional.

years ago we were watching one on a dog in a fire,
suffocating,
my sister and i stood there with tears pouring out of our eyes
zzzzz.

and the other day,
we were sitting around with miko,
and we wondered what goes on in his little doggy brain.
like when he just stones.
yeah, i think he's just stoning.

my brother and i also once imagined how fishes lived their lives.
like, goldfish only has a memory of three seconds,
no wonder they can swim around the bowl without getting bored.
every three seconds its a new scenery.
hurhur.

monday went for dental appointment,
a thought occured to me when we were on the shuttle bus:
its damn dumb to give up seats for kids.

i totally hate it when i see this small tiny kid occupying one whole seat,
especially during peak hour.
and even older kids,
the parents always steer them to sit down,
and the parents themselves stand guard over the,
those kids probably have energy equivalent to half a nuclear bomb,
do they seriously need the seat?
zzzz.

poor tired parents.
but it made me think of a line i came across before,
"jackets are put on a child when the parent feels chilly"
the meaning goes in way deeper than that, of course.

dr.ong cleaned my teeth,
why is it suddenly more painful than last time?
"making children!" (in xiangjie's apt alternative) flashed through my mind countless times.

oh, and the polish thing,
instead of tasting like cement,
it now has a bubblegum flavour,
i swear.

flew back to tampines,
sakae-ed with the girls! :D

i asked dora to smile then she like that.
so, revenge!

8days said the songs were "scarily catchy"
but i dont think it's as timeless as say, beauty&thebeast, or a whole new world.

but the rest, especially kael, certainly didnt think so.
after the movie she was tralala-ing about true love's kiss,
dancing around tampines mall and century square.
okayyyy!

and i like pretty credits.
i feel quite sad when the credits come on,
and people leave the cinema.
i mean, those prettypretty credits,
not those black&white rolling credits.

like ratatouille's one was nice,
and enchanted's one was pretty too.
maybe i'll rent the vcd or something to watch the credits

tuesday,
which was yesterday,
lionelboy a-cometh!
he came to take a look at my comp.
see if it was savable, or had to join the Big Computer Garden in The Sky.

so he reformatted it and everything,
now its as good as new,
and my mum will fix up the wireless interent tonight
yay!

we watched secret too,
which was... quite a drag,
the girl mumbled worse than jayzhou,
but the pianoplaying was coool.
but the idea of piano battle sounds abit lame la.
storyline was fun too.
the last part was abit sot.

my sister thinks its weird.
she never knew jayzhou could talk so much.

at night,
my sis and i watched 200 pound beauty,
(which lionel also brought)
too much sexual connotations,
the touching scenes was draggy,
zzzz im sooooooo picky :D

like books,
i still prefer frivolous, brainless and useless stuff :)

so yes,
we've rewinded enough,
now its wednesday,
and its pouring outside.

planned to go to the library,
although te library always disappoints ;/

going to surprise xiaodi at his concert tomorrow,
and yes, caramel macchiato time.

and friday,
pig is so sweet to offer to help me out right in the morning.

rent movies,

so yes,
we'll have fun.

and that worry about plans not being concrete?
i dont think its that much of a worry.
next week,
its nawei & julin on wednesday,
hopefully julin doesnt start work.
realized we've never gone out together before,
not even me&nawei.

and thursday will be buddies day out, hopefully :D
